Product Condition

We make every effort to accurately photograph and describe each item as clearly as possible.
Authentication Process
All items are carefully inspected and authenticated before shipment. Optional third-party authentication certificates may also be available for eligible products.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped directly from Japan and typically arrive within:
10–14 business days
Including authentication and inspection.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect item or your order arrives significantly damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos.
We will review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution where applicable.
