Shipping Policy 

All orders ship from Japan via DHL Express or FedEx with full insurance and signature required on delivery.

Estimated delivery: 10-14 business days from order date including authentication.

0 duties included — the price you see is the price you pay. No hidden customs charges for US orders.

Tracking information will be provided by email once your order ships.

Lost or Missing Packages: Tokyo Pieces insures all shipments at full declared value. In the event of a lost or missing package, the customer must file a claim directly with FedEx or DHL using the tracking number provided. Tokyo Pieces will assist with documentation but is not responsible for carrier losses once the package has been handed to the carrier with proof of shipment. Chargebacks filed for lost packages where a carrier claim has not been opened will be disputed.

Signature is required on all deliveries. If a delivery attempt is missed, the customer is responsible for arranging redelivery or pickup with the carrier. Tokyo Pieces is not responsible for packages returned to sender due to failed delivery attempts.

Tokyo Pieces is not responsible for delays caused by customs or carrier issues beyond our control.
